Von der Buchung bis zum Check-out lief alles reibungslos. Die Kommunikation war schnell und freundlich, der Check-in unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Magnifique. Bien situé, dans un endroit calme, mais à la fois la mer est facilement accessible en voiture.

Vi hadde et kjempe fint opphold i denne boligen. Den lå innenfor et lukket område og det var veldig fredfullt der, og ikke minst vakre omgivelser med et herlig basseng med gode solstoler og parasoller man kunne bruke. Veldig fint vedlikeholdt område hvor man også hadde tilgang til bord og stoler på plassen rett utenfor boligen. Det var veldig rent når vi kom og boligen stod til forventningene. I nærområdet var det et par restauranter hvor man kan ta seg noe å drikke og spise. En liten kjøretur unna ca 5min, så lå det også flere gode restauranter. Det er en liten butikk i byen, men det kan være lurt å stoppe på en av de større butikkene på veien, ca15min unna, og ta en storhandel slik at man har toalettpapir, såpe, poser til boss og lignende når man "flytter inn". Er man sportsintressert så er det 10min unna et anlegg med padel, tennis,løpebane og fotballbane.

Tutto perfetto, per comodità su 2 appartamenti e 11 persone forse sarebbe meglio lasciare un mazzo di chiavi in più ed un secondo telecomando del cancello.

Really enjoyed our week. The whole complex was very tidily kept and clean with a great BBQ option that we used quite a bit. The pool was also really nice for the kids.

Great spot near Lucca which is a very impressive Italian city. The villa is very pleasant and situated in a lovely little village which has a great bakery near the main road. Worth a visit for sure!

Apartment was very nice and spacious. Very clean, plenty of towels, good location just a few minutes stroll from the centre of the village. Pool area really lovely, with plenty of sun beds - pool cleaned every day. WiFi was slightly ‘temperamental’ occasionally! Overall, a very nice apartment in a peaceful location - recommended. Easy to get to Lucca and Pisa by local buses - both cities worth a visit. Restaurant and bar La Piazza in the centre of the village served excellent pizzas, with Ambrosia Pasticceria a lovely cafe for good coffee and pastries. Very friendly and helpful owner

Great location, 15 minutes from Lucca and Pisa. Nice local coffee bars and pastry shops, and pizza restaurants. The listing is within a small gated community and everything is in top condition. Flavia was very accomodating with our later than expected arrival. Would visit again!

The appartment is neat and comfortable but the bed needs a new matrass. It's a good kitchen but it would be nice to have some towels, soap (and toilet paper) etc on arrival. The pool is clean and the seats/beds are very comfortable. This accomodation is located perfectly for visits to both Pisa and Lucca!

Die FeWo war sehr schön, alles wie beschrieben. Tolle Küche, aber Pfannen müsst ihr selber mitbringen. Die Betten sind für große Leute ein bißchen kurz und die Matrazen sind für Rückengeschädigte nicht von Vorteil.
Check In u. Out kompl. unkompliziert. Wunderschöne Anlage mit super sauberen Pool.

Bases Quality versus value very well. Only part is that in the description there is a possibility to chare your EV and this is NOT available for quest. Around 23.30 the owner started screaming to us that was really rude and screaming that we used the charging station.

Great stay great service , friendly and helpful staff . we will again use Posarlli villas in the future .

Sehr schöne Anlage, toller Pool, alles schön gepflegt. Kleines Dorf sehr ruhig gelegen hat die Vögel zwitschern. Einzig die Küche dürfte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Danke!

De locatie is fantastisch-dichtbij grote steden en toeristische attracties.
De matrassen zijn nogal hard, verder alles was fantastisch!

Locatie is ideaal, zowel Pisa als Lucca op 15-20 minuutjes rijden. De accommodatie biedt zelfstandige appartementen, waardoor je lekker je eigen gang kunt gaan zonder verplichtingen. Appartement nummer 1 heeft 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, fijn appartement. Buiten zijn voldoende zitjes om te eten/borrelen, fijn zwembad, veel parkeerplek. Kortom, helemaal naar wens!
In eerste instantie was het lastig te vinden waar we ons konden melden, maar als je navigeert op Via del Cimitero Diciannovesima dan kun je bij het groen/grijze hek aanbellen. Dat is tevens de poort waarvan je een afstandsbediening ontvangt zodat je in het vervolg zelf kunt in- en uitrijden.

A great place as a starting point after Tuscany

la localización de la propiedad es buena.
La casa muy limpia y acogedora así como todas las instalaciones comunes.
Solo pongo un defecto, la casa no tenía ni estropajos de cocina ni balletas, así como tampoco en ninguno de los baños había un solo rollo de papel higiénico.
Por lo demás, todo correcto

We really enjoyed our week in the villa Flavia. The location and the property were lovely, with lots of character and very well looked after. Our only minor criticism was that it wasn't that well equipped, particularly the kitchen, and for the cost and quality of the property it would have been nice to have a few basic essentials there when we arrived. But this isn't to detract from what was a lovely week - many thanks!

This is our fourth visit to this accommodation. As ever, the apartment was spotlessly clean, the pool looked lovely ( sadly too wet and rainy to use), and the surroundings of all of the apartments are kept in excellent condition and look very attractive. There is secure parking at the rear .
