Villa with 2 private pools in Crete, Greece. Villa Giorgos is just 3 km from the sea and the charming town of Almyrida. Gavalochori, with food shops, a restaurant and bar, is less than 1 km from the villa. From Villa Giorgos you can explore the island’s most beautiful beaches and discover traditional Greek restaurants.
There are beautiful views of the surrounding forest and the sea in the distance. The property offers large outdoor spaces.
Villa Giorgos consists of one building with 2 apartments and a studio, that are all rented together to one group of friends or family. The three units have, respectively, 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bedroom; in total they can accommodate up to 11 people. The simple, functional interiors are equipped with all amenities.
Outside, this villa offers a beautiful, well-tended garden; a barbecue area with table and chairs for al fresco dining; and 2 private pools (one is above ground and located in front of one of the 3 apartments).

The kindness and helpfulness of lovely hostess Argyro and her family was beautiful. She was always available, answered propmtly every question. And the welcome package was unexpected, but more than generous (no need to go to grocery store before arrival!). A lot of nice seating, dining and chill-out areas and corners on the property. Everything was as on the photos (or better).

Beautiful area. 15 minute walk to lovely village with small shops and restaurants. 5 minute drive / 35 minute walk to larger village with beach and many restaurants. Hosts were great. Welcome gifts of drink, eggs and fruit. Cleaned the villa, mid-week and were flexible with checkout time.

An absolute gem - such fabulous views and felt secluded but just a 5 minute drive to Almyrida and 10 min walk to Gavalachori which had a couple of mini markets to top up on essentials.
The layout allowed our group some privacy whilst at the same time being able to share pools and outdoor spaces. We enjoyed sitting out in the evenings either on the big table by the BBQ or on the balconies enjoying sunset.
Giorgios and family looked after us -meeting on arrival and showing us round, providing amazing welcome pack of food and drink including fruit, bread, butter, juice, eggs, jam, water, homemade wine and raki, olive oil and much more, and they did a mid-week clean and changed bedding and towels.
Pools were clean and wonderful to swim and play in, BBQ was used to cook fresh fish and meat.
We only left a few times for morning walks and to go to the water park at Limnoupolis and beach at Almyrida (shallow shelving horseshoe bay perfect for safe swimming). Would love to return!

We had an amazing vacation at Villa Giorgos.
The place is highly maintained, clean, has all the facilities we needed, beautiful view, very quiet and anything we needed got quick and satisfying reply from the very kind owners.
Great value for money, 2 minutes drive from the village center and few minutes from the beach.
Highly recommended !
