Exclusive modern vacation villa with a private pool just a few kilometers from the renowned city of Noto, in eastern Sicily.

The villa has two floors and 4 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, to accommodate up to 8 people.
Outdoors, the villa features large furnished areas where you can enjoy the Sicilian sun: guests have a private pool at their disposal, and an outdoor dining area with a table, chairs and a barbecue.
Villa Calypso is perfect for a relaxing vacation, as well as an excellent base for exploring the area. It is within easy reach of gorgeous nearby beaches; the baroque cities of Noto, Syracuse, Modica, and Scicli; and the Vendicari and Cavagrande del Cassibile nature reserves.
At guests’ disposal: 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms; 8 guests; private infinity pool (20 x 4 meters; minimum depth: 0,20 meters; maximum depth: 1,40 meters); veranda with a table and chairs for dining outside, barbecue, private garden, sunbathing area, Wifi internet, air conditioning, parking.
Note: Access to the house is via about 1 km of unpaved country road.

Policies
SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
