SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

Absolutely perfect accommodation if you are looking for tranquility accompanied by the sound of the sea in close proximity. The house is simply and design-oriented, very comfortable. The location at the end of the season rather deserted, but that's what we were looking for.
