SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

We had never used Posarelli Villas before so were a little nervous as to what we would get. But the level of information and communication was very good at all times. Importantly in these times (of coronavirus) we were always able to contact the company and received good information and help. Ultimately the villa as great and we had a wonderful week in Sicily. Corrado was great on site. We had everything we needed. I would thoroughly recommend.
