A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

This is a really nice small villa, ideal for a couple or maybe 3-4 people.
It is really well equipped, fresh and clean inside and the outside spaces are great for relaxing and enjoying the pool.
