A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.

In case the customer cancels their reservation, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
- 25% of the rental price if the cancellation is made up to 75 days prior to the arrival.
- 50% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 74 and 30 days prior to the arrival.
- 90% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 29 and 1 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made on the arrival day or in case of no-show.
- 25% of the rental price if the cancellation is made up to 75 days prior to the arrival.
