Excellent

Very nice looking house, with lots of space in and around the house.
But the furniture is old, the beds are not comfortable, mattresses are old, and also the couch is too old. It has no support anymore.
The road which leads to the house is bad, and very rocky for more than 3 km.
Kitchen and bathrooms are old but okay.
The house is located in the middle of nothing, you have to drive quite some km to see something, but that can be nice if you like it.
The house was warm, and there were a lot of mosquitoes, so air conditioning or fans would help during summer, and also blinds or good curtains would help.

Traunhaft. Nur die Zufahrt lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Aber wenn man mit einer großen Familie das ganze Gelände bucht, ist von wochenlanger Ruhe bis zur großen Mehrtages-Familien-Urlaubsfeier fast alles möglich. ;-)

Tolle Unterkunft mit fantastischer Aussicht, großer Pool, sehr nette Besitzerin ????????
Wir hatten einen super entspannten Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder ????

Das Grundstück ist sehr schön, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieterinnen waren sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Haus mit Spülmaschine gebucht, jedoch gibt es keine. Im Pool war die Punpe defekt, Sonnenschirm defekt,.. Alles doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Anfahrt erfolgt über 2,5 km Schotter, z.T. sehr Geröll und so hatten wir eine Reifenpanne und benötigten 2 !!! Neue Vorderreifen. Auch diese Anfahrt war nicht angegeben.

Ho soggiornato per una settimana in questa carinissima casetta nei colli della Val d’Orcia! Un piccolo angolo di paradiso completamente immerso nella natura! Padroni di casa gentilissimi, spazi rustici e dotati di ogni comfort! Super consigliata!!!!

Great apartment with an excellent view. We had a great time.

"Beautiful rustic farm at the top of a hill, set amongst stunning scenery of the Tuscan / Lazio boarder. So peaceful and tranquil, but near enough to Acquapendente with its supermarkets, shops and weekly market (Friday) - cheese stall is particularly good. There is lots to see and visit in the area - the free thermal baths and Orvieto were particular highlights Every night there was a different sunset and new things to discover. We saw a family of Wild Boar, lots of beautiful Hares and the cutest fox cubs. The house is comfortable, well proportioned and the kitchen is well equipped. The swimming pool made it for us. Set at the edge of the property, but near to the buildings, it is large, well-kept and overlooks the beautiful rolling hills. There is a fantastic rush covered logia all along one side, which kept the younger and paler members of our party out of the midday sun. Virginia and her sister are lovely hosts, super helpful, always available if needed, but never felt like they were intruding. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely return

Gute Lage um das Orcia-Tal zu besichtigen. Es gibt sehr viele gute Restaurants in der Näheren Umgebung. Der Schwimmbadbereich ist sehr schön und jedes Apartment hat auch seinen privaten Bereich draussen. Ein Ausflug ans Meer nach Grosseto und in den Naturpark "Dell'Uccellino" lohnt sich auch sehr.

Sehr schöner Platz um mit Kindern und Tierliebhabern den Urlaub zu verbringen. Der Besitz liegt in bestechend Schöner Landschaft und mit seinen Tieren und seiner Ruhe ist es bestimmt ein ganz besonders friedlicher Ort.

The apartment is a bit dark, but the garden is large and surrounded by beautiful nature with wonderful views. The best thing is the swimming pool!

We had a lot of fun with a friendly family who had rented another apartment on "Le Querce di Campocane". It was wonderful. Many Thanks.
